It was shockingly early when the alarm clock invaded my dreams, screaming at me to wake up that morning. Even the sun was still sleeping as I rose. With heavy eyelids and a groggy mind, I crawled out from beneath the cuddly warmth of my bed and ventured downstairs.

The kids had set their alarm clocks as well. We trickled down, one sleepy Smith at a time, and met in our jammies for the big event. It was April 29, 2011. Prince William and Catherine Middleton were about to be married and we were giddy-excited to watch it live from the cozy comfort of our living room couch.

It was worth the early wake-up just to see the hats that the women wore. They were so elaborate! Some were even a bit crazy. As the wedding guests filed into the church, the kids and I chatted non-stop about the dresses the women wore, the celestial music that sang throughout the cathedral, and the ornate beauty of Westminster Abbey.

As Kate made her way down the aisle, my eyes leaked joy. There’s just something special about a bride’s walk down the aisle that messes with my makeup.

The ceremony was magic. Brimming with Scripture and promise. Meaningful vows were exchanged and before we knew it, the bride and groom were married.

Regal smiles lit up our living room as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge emerged as husband and wife and made their way to Buckingham Palace for the royal reception hosted by Her Majesty the Queen. They waved jubilantly to the tens of thousands of well wishers along the road as the world celebrated with them.

Our culture has such a fascination with royalty! We love the regal bells and whistles with all of the fairytale happenings. Yet, for all the fanfare that royal families bring to society, many reigning monarchs have very little political power. Most earthly kings and queens don’t establish laws or truly rule the people as royalty once did. Even still, these families do influence the world around them.

God is a not like our earthly kings. He is a King with power. He is the King of kings! Supreme in authority, He rules from a heavenly throne that is illuminated by His glory. When we recognize Him as King of kings, God is positioned in our hearts as the supreme ruler… as the absolute authority… as the powerful leader that we are all desperate for.

His reign is eternal and supreme – yet His reign is intimately personal.

Please don’t think I’m going all church on you here.

This isn’t fluffy Christianese about a distant, non-feeling ruler who pats us on the head and graciously allows us to be His humble servants. It is a flesh and blood testimony about a loving God from a woman who knows what it’s like to be tangled in the knots of sin and shame. From a woman knows the freedom of forgiveness – a woman who delights to revere her all-compassionate King of mercy.

I’m not who I was because my Savior, the King of kings, wore a thorny crown and took on my shame.

Now that’s power, friend! A powerful King, like no other.

We can confidently approach His throne of grace because of the finished work done by Jesus Christ. (Hebrews 4:16) You bet this is personal and you better believe He is powerful.

Scripture is filled with rich praise for our King of kings:

The Lord has established his throne in heaven, and his kingdom rules over all. (Psalm 103:19)

No one is like you, O Lord; you are great, and your name is mighty in power. Who should not revere you, O King of the nations? This is your due…. But the Lord is the true God; he is the living God, the eternal King. (Jeremiah 10:6-7,10)

How awesome is the Lord Most High, the great King over all the earth! (Psalm 47:2)

But you, O Lord, sit enthroned forever; your renown endures through all generations. (Psalm 102:12)

Are you experiencing the power of the King of kings in your life? Do you know the freedom of forgiveness? Though it can be fun to watch the royal families among us, they are powerless to save you. God loved you so much that he made a way for you to have a fresh start in life through Jesus. A fresh start, a clean heart, and a royal inheritance.

That, my friend, should make us all leak with joy.

“Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory for ever and ever. Amen.” (1 Timothy 1:17)

Holy God, King of kings, You are more glorious and powerful than I can possibly imagine! Thank you for crowing me with grace through Jesus Christ. Thank you that grace is enough. All glory and honor be to you, Lord! In Jesus’ name, amen.

FOR YOUR REFLECTION and RESPONSE

Read 1 Peter 2:9, ESV: But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

If you are a Christian, who does this verse say you are? Do you live like that’s who you are? Should you? What does the verse say you are supposed to do because of who you are?

  1. I have been a follower of Jesus but never before has Our Lord been depicted this way. I’m just so blown away by how much He loves you and I, indeed there are no adjectives to describe Him and yet we are all equally worthy in God’s eyes. This message has cemented my faith and right now I feel invincible because God Almighty is in my corner every step of the way. I will be sharing this with all my friends and family. Thank you my sister in Christ because you have given me hope at the right moment in my life, thank you for sharing xx

  2. God’s word says that we, as Christians are a nation of our own. That we are all powerful in His name. At least that is how I understand it. Though that is what I understand His word to say it is hard to feel that we are such a powerful nation when Christians all over the world, especially the United States, are losing their rights while other religions gain theirs. I feel that we, as Christians, are not standing up for OUR rights and we are being pushed further and further back on the bus. Our children our not allowed to pray in schools or allowed to wear Christian inspired clothing to school, Our ten commandments are not allowed in many public places. It is now Happy Holidays instead of Merry Christmas. It is called a Holiday Tree instead of Christmas Tree. We have become complacent and allowed our God to taken out of so many things. Yes, we may be a holy-powerful nation but we do not act like it.

If we want to see a magical revival in our world and see great miracles we as Christians need to stand up for OUR GOD.

  3. Oh, the Lord has blessed me beyond all imagination! He gave me a new “to me” place to live – larger than where I was – which I prayed for and longed for, then I barely get settled and He gives me an interview on a Friday and by Monday late afternoon, I was told that I got the job. I was so excited, I had so many butterflies in my stomach – It is an Administrative Assistant position in the Office of a Charter School K–8. I also prayed for a job as an Admin. Asst. and He gave me a job that is keeping me excited and loving going to work to be with all the loving people and children there. I enjoy spending time with children and now I have it every day of the week. How Great Thou Art!! His Majesty I will proclaim forever! He has done great things in my life! I am looking forward to whatever He has planned for me next, He is our God Emmanuel! God’s many names –
    Elohim – The Creator
El Elyon – God Most High
El Roi – The God who sees
El Shaddai – the All-Sufficient One
    Adonai – The Lord
    Jehovah – the Self-Existent One
Jehovah – Jireh-the Lord Will Provide
Jehovah – Rapha – the Lord that heals
Jehovah – Shalom – the Lord is peace
Jehovah – Raah – the Lord my Shepherd

    1. Congratulations Bonnie – You have been chosen as one of the winners of my latest worship project, “My Strength, My Song.” Please send an email to my Ministry Director, Kim, and give her your email address. May God bless you as you listen! 🙂

  4. My sister and I saw the Princess Diana exhibit that was touring the US. The beautiful clothes, the famous wedding dress were all beautiful. But I couldn’t help but think of the verse “all our righteous acts are like filthy rags; we all shrivel up like a leaf, and like the wind our sins sweep us away. ” Isaiah 64:6.
If we don’t have Jesus and the Spirit living in us, all is lost and without value. Only what is done out of love for the Father, Son and Spirit will survive and be of value because the only good comes from the mercy and grace of the Lord. No striving or effort will give us anything of eternal value because we cannot equal the magnificence of God.

  5. Just read Gwen’s devotional this morning. It was SO good. My youngest daughter joined me and really enjoyed too! All little girls will like this – it’s about a princess! and a King! And the video at the end is POWERFUL. I LOVE reading her works.

This one made me think, “Wow. The Spirit of God flows through His people everywhere, even with the same Scripture at the same time!” I turned to my daughter and asked her, “Did you know that these are the same verses Pastor Britt spoke on last week during the sermon?”

God is SO good. He reminds us of what we need to remember, even when we didn’t realize we needed it. He brings us to a new level of understanding who He is and who we are in Him because He loves us and wants us to share His excellencies so that more people can join his Royal Kingdom.

  6. Royalty weddings are blissful. But I praise God daily for loving me so much that He died for me that my life may be blessed. My bliss will come in hesven when I may worship my King for all eternity.

    1. Congratulations Vera – You have been chosen as one of the winners of
my latest worship project, “My Strength, My Song.” Please send an email

bless you as you listen! 🙂

  7. With the demands of being a wife and mother, working full-time at a Christian school, and everything else that’s going on in life, it’s a blessing to come to this blog and to read a devotional that speaks directly to me. I feel refreshed and like the royalty God intends for me to be.

  8. This awesome King came to the death beds of my brother-in-law and a friend in the past two weeks. Both these men led roudy, sinful lives and neither wanted to ever talk about Jesus. My brother-in-law was led to accept Christ by the Hospice Chaplain and she Baptised him with water in a University of Alabama mug…the Crimson tide. How special is that! Thank you, Lord, that you loved us so much that you provided a way that we can spend eternity with YOU in spite of our dirty, sinful lives. Thank you for Your grace, Your Rightousness, and the Hope of Glory.

  9. I am amazed beyond my own understanding when I consider His work on the cross, and how His sacrifice declared our sin-debt “PAID”. It is humbling on the days when I am snapped back to His reality after chasing something shiny in this world, then realize it, too, tarnishes very soon. I look SO forward to my heavenly home and to set my eyes on the place He is preparing for ME. And for you.

  10. I thank God for His goodness, love and for teaching me how to live and rely on him for everything I need. Standing on His word. He is majestic,King of kings and Lord of all lords.

  11. Grace, Grace, God’s grace!! Grace that will pardon and cleanse within. Grace that is greater than all my sin!! Thank you for this devotional! He is my King! So glad I serve a powerful King!!

  12. This verse says, ‘But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession’ I think we should all live the way that this verse says, because that is whom he wanted us to be. This verse says that because we are this, than we must proclaim the excellency of him who called us out of darkness and into light.
Thank you Gwen for this inspirational devotion! I always look forward to them :).

  13. Glory and praise be the King, who have known me before i was formed in my mothers womb. Who was merciful to redeem me back after the fall, who daily despite my mistakes as a mare mortal still looks down at me from his throne and says YOU ARE STILL MY DAUGHTER.Who says to Dorothy my ways are not the ways of Men ,listen to me.

  14. God’s grace and unending love towards me is unsearchable, truly God is awsome. This is a reminder of his exceeding grace in my life. Love you Gwen..more grace.

  15. to the Lord of Lords. To the Father of Fathers who has given us life and Grace to those who surrender their lives to Him. To the one who lives beyond the sky where the universe touches the Great I AM. Holy is your name above all Names. To your kingdom be all praise to the end of time as we know it. To your will and purpose for every life we surrender it all, in every day, in every moment, in every choice may your will alone be done. We ask that you supply us bread to sustain our life as well as the bread that sustains our soul. Forgive us as we walk in unholy ways fulling our existantence with things that have no heavenly value. Help us to learn to forgive as your fogave us. Let us not loose site of what is eternal. Help us not be drawn away form your will with the distraction of business and fulfillment of self. Your gift of Grace and Kingdom to come is all that matters. You are the beginning and the end, the Alpha and Omega. To your Glory there is not end. May we remember to give you the glory that is due you regardless of circumstances. We ill praise you forever and ever AMEN.

  16. Thank u Gwen, for yet another awesome reason of why I am so blessed to be a child of our one and only King. There’s truly not enough words spoken that describes our Heavenly Father. He is my everything, my one and only who never leaves me, who heals me, who lifts me up when I’m down, who always listens. He knows my heart, He knows my need, I can confide in Him, I can put all my burdens on Him. He knows more about me than I will ever know about my self, because He knitted me together in my mother’s womb. His love is unconditional, He forgives me of my sins, He doesn’t just say I forgive u, he wipes the slate clean, as if it never happened. He is my everything, He’s the reason I get up in the morning, why I have a song in my heart, and on my lips, my reason for living. Do u know God, is He your Lord and Savior, your everything? God bless u, each and everyone. Have a wonderful, Christ filled day. U are important, u are loved, u are wanted, God bless.

  17. What an awesome Savior, the Son of God! I pray each day to be like Him. I fail so many times but He never does. Someday we will be with Him and can talk to Him face to face. What a glorious time.

  18. I really sat here and took each phrase and tried to really digest it. Amazing and unfathomable to me that the King of Kings would want to personally connect with me. also, would love to win the CD! ,smile>

  19. Thank you Women of God! You all inspire me daily and remind me that God is real and loves us all, despite our shortcomings. I look forward to His word to keep me moving forward. All praise and honor belong to Him. May we all live according to his will and word. Be blessed today!

  20. Thank you Gwen for sharing your devotionals with us. We are children of the one true King! He is my King of kings and Lord of lords. His faithfulness has brought me through the past year and continues to strengthen my once broken spirit daily. Oh how His majestic love for me empowers me to be bold in my daily Christian walk. I’m so thankful for the scars l bare. The scars remind me of His healing power over sin. Thank you again Gwen for sharing your thoughts and your love for Christ!

  21. Great devotional today, I’ve had many experiences with our Father God, King of kings and Lord of lords. He truly love each of us and knows us intimately.

  22. There is an R&B song by Mint Condition that has become one my favorites, titled “Nothing Left To Say”. That’s the thought that overwhelmed me when I finished reading today’s Girlfriends in God devotional and finished watching this awesome “That’s My King” video! They both left nothing to be said but “DITTO – DITTO – DITTO!” Through a floodgate of joyful tears I proclaim, “Lord, God Almighty, my Master, my Savior Jesus Christ, You are my King!”

  23. Thank you so much! I thank Father God that He has used you to bless me this morning. I stumbled across your blog…well, He LED me here I’m sure. And I’m so HAPPY that He did! After reading “For Your Reflection and Response” section, I look at 1 Peter 2:9 differently now. Thank you for posing that thought provoking question after: “If you are a Christian, who does this verse say you are? Do you live like that’s who you are? Should you? What does the verse say you are supposed to do because of who you are?” Because I know the
answer to that question. And I plan on doing more to make sure I’m walking in it! I’m a newly saved Christian (May of this year), but my love, appreciation, awe, and worship of Christ Jesus has not waned. It grows stronger every day!

  24. All praise to God our King who has crowned me with his grace. His grace is sufficient for me. My sins are forgiven and today I say…Thank you Lord. He has delivered me from a 30 year drug addiction. Many have given up on me. God never did. Today I am clean and sober surrounded by his love.
My goal and passion today and each day is to carry the gospel to those that are still suffering. To plant seeds of hope to those in need. To give back what God has freely given to me. Thank you for the work that you do. You truly inspire me! Sincerely, Crowned with His Grace.

  25. I’m an inperfect person, in an inperfect world; thankful for all that the good Lord has done for me, in me and his continuance to work on me! Thank you for reminding this day that you are the King of Kings, Lord of Lord! And that nothing should come or stand before your awesome power! In this message, I realize that at times my children, my family, my work – become my Isaac which has led me crazy, derranged and/or astray at times when I should be making more time for you in my life. If I’m able to make time for the things that are important in this world, I need to make every effort to make time for you too…
Thank you for the daily devotionals of inspiration GIG’s!

  26. Gwen, I would love to win a copy of your CD! I missed seeing you in Greer, SC recently due to my life schedule but hope one day to meet you in person!
🙂 I read your posts and blogs. etc. and pray for you as well! Blessings to you and yours.

  27. Thank you for sharing these words with us and also this fantastic video! I want to live daily in the knowledge that I am special to God, a true princess in His eyes! Thinking this way may help me to handle life’s pressure and temptations, as well as thoughts of insecurity which can cause me and I suppose many other women to feel down and compare ourselves to other people! My God is the King of Kings and I’m His daughter!!

  28. Indeed my God is awesome. The illustration about the royal wedding was a good one. But more significantly that every child of God is royalty. That was a wonderful reminder especially when as women we forget sometimes. Our God rules the world and because of him through his Son all is well even in the midst of the storms of life! Thanks Gwen.

  29. Hi, Gwen! Thanks so much for sharing these truths today. I am about to begin a new job after having been a stay-at-home-mom for most of the past nearly 28 years. I want to cling to my King, even in the uncertainty of this new adventure. He is with me and will be with me always. It is a must that we make that with which we are involved “ALL ABOUT JESUS!” It can be done. God continue to bless you richly!

  30. You Truly Blessed me today. Thank you So much for being willing to be used in the Kingdom of God and thank you for being a willing servant. This was such a good devotion. He is such an amazing God. It’s funny how we look at people in this world to define us and make us feel better about ourselves. But the one that we need to look to is Him and all his glory He is the only one to Define us and we know that he is true because he created us!!!!

  31. I cannot believe how timely the devotions are each day! It’s like it’s exactly what I needed to hear. Last week it was exactly what my Pastor had spoken about at 6am prayer that same day! Wow God is good!

  32. Thank you for your inspiring words this morning. So thankful that I serve an all powerful king! Praising the King of Kings and The Lord of Lords today!

  33. What a beautifully written blog this morning. This is only the second one I have received as I am a new subscriber. Thank you for sharing. “I’m not who I was because my Savior, the King of kings, wore a thorny crown and took on my shame.” So much power in those words!

  34. Every morning when I wake up, one of the first things I do is read His word. I’ve enjoyed receiving Girlfriends in God daily devotional email. You’ve got a great outlook on things and I appreciate you sharing your life’s ups and downs. God is so good! Thanks for reminding me to remain humbly grateful for the amazing gifts in each day!

  35. Thank you for your powerful words giving God all the praise. I love your blog and website. It inspires me tremendously! May God continue to bless you for his glory. In Jesus name.

  36. I am so thankful for God’s promises and to know that I am a child of the King.
I was not born into royalty here on this earth. But, because I’ve been
born again through the blood of Jesus I’m adopted into the kingdom of God and am a daughter of the King……thank you Jesus!

  37. Thank you for a beautiful devotion to start my day with. Christ is my light, I no longer live in the darkness of a life gone a muck. “He walks with me and talks with me along life’s narrow way.”

  38. Thanks for the reminder today of whose I am as I too often forget that God is the King of kings and Lord of lords. If I allow him to rule and reign in my heart, he will not disappoint. You are a blessed woman and thank you for blessing me. HUGS AND SMILES Denise H.

  39. Thank you Gwen. This is just another reminder that it is fun to watch the goings on of the royal family. But they are human just like us and they need the saving grace of Jesus Christ just like us. Thank you for the reminder that we should keep our eyes fixed on the Lord our God, King of the Universe, the true ruler with true power!

  40. Beautiful message in your blog.
I remember the morning of that wedding. I remember waking up the same way and watching it with my eyes glued to the TV to see every moment that was happening. Royalty is an interesting thing. And this morning I wake and I’m praising God because last Sunday I became a new grandmother for the first time of a beautiful granddaughter. I just praise God for his touch his Royal touch in my life. I thank him today for my new granddaughter and for showing me exactly what royalty is, it’s his royalty….his blessings, thank you Jesus I love you.

  41. My King is my comforter this week. My brother died suddenly and unexpected. But my King is dancing around the throne with him. I love this King of kings!

  42. I love praise and worship songs. They keep my mind centered on Jesus Christ and God the Father. When I am feeling a little down, lonely or whatever I listen to this type of music to get me out of the dumps. God has helped me through a lot of things in my life and music has always been there to help through what I was going through.

  43. I know that he is in total control and that was hard for me at first because I thought I always had to be in control of every situation. When I realized I had the roles reversed it was a wonderful uplifting feeling when I let go and let God take control. I no longer worry about any outcome in my life because I know he will guide me and lead me. Thank you Jesus.

  44. On a morning I woke up feeling like I am disappointing to him, it is good to know the truth, that I am in fact a princess, the daughter of the King.

  45. I trust the LORD JESUS. I admire Him for everything He went through during His time on this earth and the fact that all of that suffering, humiliation, pain, & ultimately death, He did it for me! That fact just blows me away! He did it all for ME! I thank Him everyday for that. He is AWESOME!!! No earthly royalty could even hope to measure up to that! Praise the LORD for he is good and his mercy endures forever! AMEN!!

  46. Praise God for His limitless love! Thank You, Lord, for Your grace and mercy. You are holy, & I stand in awe of You. Gwen, today’s devotional was right on time. Be Blessed always!

  47. Thank you Qwen for sharing your music with all of us. God has used music in my life since I was a small child, to draw me ever closer to Him through praise and worship to Him. Your music leads all of us into His throne room of grace and for me, music is one of the main ways that I connect to my Lord and Savior Jesus. Thank you for sharing your music with us all. You are a blessing from the Lord to a hurting world. May you be encouraged and blessed by the Lord for your obedience and service to and for Him! Praise His Holy Name!! Peggy Webster

  48. Gwen, thanks for the reminder. Just when things seem to start going out of control, we must be reminded that we are grounded in who we belong to, serve, and the power of proclaiming His name. You just gave me a new anthem for the day, “Fired Up Friday”! I have a jolt to press on despite the challenges because I am assured of Christ’s love for me because of the Father!

    1. Thank you for sharing these thoughts, Shelby. Wow! Grounded in the One to whom we belong! Yes! I like your new anthem, “Fired Up Friday!” Let us know the words sometime. 🙂 God continue to bless you richly!

  49. Isaiah 40–reminds me of the greatness of God! Verse 13-14″Who has understood the mind of the Lord, or instructed Him as His counselor? Whom did the Lord consult to enlighten Him?” His power is all we need. Just look at the sky, a mountain, the sun, the moon, everything and everyone. It and we are all His creation. Laud and thank the Creator for His Majesty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  50. I am a saved by the grace of God woman who was worth nothing, but Jesus looked into my heart and cleansed me with His blood. I am not worthy of praise, I just love to sing of His love and tell others about how He set me free. He is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, and I know that He lives because He lives in me. I praise His holy name.

  51. We are truly blessed to be able to worship our Great King…..however, I find myself so often hanging on to the last rung of the ladder and it’s so tiresome. I can’t pray without tears and when I think and THANK Jesus for what he has done for me I just leak……every time without fail. I hope it never stops because if the tears stopped rolling I fear that I will have lost my deep passionate understanding of the Lords sacrifice for me. I NEVER want to loose that, ever, so I embrace the tears and the climb to reach the top of the ladder. Here’s to the climb.

    Becca

  52. He is my King, my savior and my strength! Thank you for the reminder of his compassion and love, but most of all his power this morning. I needed it!

  53. I love my Father so much, I am always praying to be more like him each day. I am thankful that He loved me enough to send His Son to die for my sins, I sure didn’t deserve it, but thankfully we don’t have to earn it.He has done so much in my life that I am sure I wouldn’t be where I am today without Him. Thank You God for loving us so much.

  54. One of the greatest mysteries to me is how much I live and how much He takes up. I do things but He leads as I trust Him. When I get distracted, which happens much in my human walk, I am glad He still watches for me, but oh, when I live in and through His grace.

  55. I am overwhelmed by the majesty of our loving King. Just to know that he is not like any other king. He is approachable and open to us. Jus knowing that we could go to him and talk like your very besy friend is amazing to me. I’m so love because He is so in love with me. Praising my Living King!!!

  56. Through my brokenness of the last 3 years I now start the day with prayers of praise and adoration asking God to order my steps and put people in my path to share His love. I want Him to order my steps daily so u can live breathe and move in His awesome love and let His light shine.

  57. Heavenly Father, thank you for your eternal grace and love. Thank you for loving me so completely and wholly. Help me to love as You love…forgive as you forgave and to be Christ like in all that I do. To You be the glory forever!

  58. I am in awe of the majestic holiness of my loving Saviour who has the power to change and transform human, frail flesh. I am humbled that He loved the Father so much that He submitted Himself to the death of the Cross for a wretch like me! No greater love! He is truly the King of Kings! Thank you God for loving us so much that you gave Your Son to pay a debt He did not owe, and to satisfy the debt we could not pay! Thank you.

  59. I worship the KING who has a great plan for my life. He has healed me, starting with my heart and let that healing extend into every part of my life. It took a malignant brain tumor to get my attention, but I have not regretted one moment of the healing process. I’m currently in remission. I gave my life to the King two weeks before the surgery to excise the tumor. Five days later when the pathology report came back with the worst possible news, I had no doubt whatsoever that He would heal me. Faith is the key. It is my biggest and best spiritual gift. I declared my healing from the beginning, when the oncologist was spewing his “facts” about my expected survival rate (15% chance of living for one year). That was 16 months ago and all my scans have been clean! Praise the Lord Almighty! I bow to the King of kings! He never leaves my side and during one scan, I received a divine touch on my leg. It was Him saying “Don’t fear my child – I have this!” I have never felt so peaceful in my life. He was right there with me in the MRI tube! I cannot praise Him enough – that is the second key. His grace overwhelms me. My cancer was very aggressive and I will live with the potential for it to return for the rest of my life, but I am not afraid. My King has a wonderful plan for my life and I will not squander one moment of it!

    1. Hi, Connie: Thank you so very much for sharing your testimony! What an awesome, loving God we serve. Your faith proclamations are very uplifting. God continue to bless you richly!

      1. Thank you c – your words are so encouraging! I believe my testimony is the reason He spared my life. This is just a small portion of the whole story – I’ve thought about trying to write a book, but that’s a bit intimidating. If it is meant to be, God will put the pen in my hand and guide my words. All Glory to God!

  60. The Lord has been showing me how much I’ve been relying on my own strength instead of his power.
